What counts as a "generation"? ▾
Each time you click a generate button on any tool (Job Post Generator, JD Analyzer, Interview Prep, etc.) that counts as 1 generation. Starter users get 20 per day across all tools combined.
When does my daily limit reset? ▾
Every day at midnight UTC. So if you've used all 20 daily generations today, you'll get 20 fresh ones tomorrow morning.
Is payment secure? ▾
Yes. We use LemonSqueezy as our payment processor — they are a Merchant of Record, handle all taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) globally, and process payments via Stripe under the hood. We never store your card details.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Absolutely. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. No questions asked. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.
Do you offer refunds? ▾
Yes — if you're not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, we'll refund you in full. Just email contact@helpersuits.com.
What's the difference between monthly and annual? ▾
Both give you identical Pro features — unlimited generations, all tools, priority speed. Annual billing works out to $4.08/month (vs $7/month), saving you 40%. Annual is billed as a single payment of $49/year.
